Where used on this website, the abbreviation ?IYR? stands for In Your Room.

 

 

All prices on inyourroom.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST of 10%. Prices on product pages do not include delivery cost.

 

The placing of an order constitutes an agreement by the customer to purchase the nominated goods.

Retail/Public

These purchases may be processed through the website?s shopping cart. For ordes up to $2000, the delivery charge will be identified and added to the list price prior to a customer being requested to confirm an order. (Please see separate Delivery page for charges on retail orders and treatment of orders over $2000.) Credit card payments are effected on placement of the order.

Trade/Wholesale
Those eligible should register with In Your Room to view all trade/ wholesale prices on this site. Trade/wholesale clients will be able to use the shop cart facility to tally product under consideration. However, orders will need to be placed directly with In Your Room by email or phone 02 93869513.

As well as different, lower prices, trade/wholesale orders attract separate delivery and payment terms to retail sales. This prevents placement of your order by the ?shared? shop cart facility.

Exchanges/Returns

IYR product is checked thoroughly prior to despatch and carefully packaged. In the event a customer receives an order which is not to their satisfaction, please promptly contact IYR to discuss an exchange/return. IYR will repair or replace any goods damaged in transit, so long as they are returned immediately and without being used.

 

Product Description/Finishes

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specifications and finishes on this site are accurate. Our representations of the woods and laminate colours are as accurate as the photographic and production process allows. The wood representations give a good indication of tonal colour and appearance/grain. Being a natural product, slight variations will occur, and indeed are welcomed.

 

In placing an order the customer acknowledges the above. Also, that the accuracy of the laminate colour swatches is dependant on the viewer?s computer being correctly colour calibrated.
