SPRING 2012 LAUNCHES A NEW ARM TO IYR -TRAVEL FINDS.

Excitement abounds at this new opportunity for iyr owner/designer, Keryn Hughes, to share her love of all things design. Spring 2012 introduces a new section called TRAVEL FINDS to this website. It's a small, considered selection of FASHION ACCESSORIES AND HOMEWARES discovered by Keryn on her recent travels overseas. A work in progress, each item is found, personally tried and tested by Keryn. Expect pieces that are innovative, contemporary, functional, affordable (in this context, generally less than $100), sustainable and small. They also have to originate in the country Keryn finds them. Oh, and of course Keryn has to fall in love with them, track down the designer/craftsperson on her return home and gain their approval for the product to be added to iyr's online shop. We hope you enjoy the results of Keryn's eye, passion and research.

1. 2 STUNNING NEW COLOURS - PURPLE + ORANGE - were added to the core colours of white, red, yellow and blue for the ever popular Shortstop Child's range. These 2 new colours are our special edition and will be available for a limited time. Natural wood finish also still available.


2. NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCED - SHORTSTOP CHILD'S STOOLS SET enables purchase of 2-4 kids stools at flat rate delivery Australia wide and competitive freight internationally

3. SHOPCART UPDATED to allow this new SHORTSTOP CHILD'S STOOLS SET to be classed as 'EXPORT READY' + sent OVERSEAS FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME.


2010 - N.G.V CHOOSES IYR TABLE/STOOLS SETS FOR ITS NEW KIDS CORNER

In Your Room is thrilled our Shortstop Child’s Tables, Stools and Doubleseaters are the furniture of choice for the new, dedicated children’s learning and play space at the Ian Potter Gallery, Federation Square - NGV Kids.

      

 

2009 - IN YOUR ROOM TURNS TEN

2008 - AUSTRALIAN MADE LICENCE GRANTED TO IN YOUR ROOM 
 

In Your Room is proud that its furniture range is designed and made in Australia. Excitingly, at the start of 2008 we were formally initiated into the not-for-profit Australian Made, Australian Grown campaign.  In Your Room furniture products meet the criteria set out in the Campaign's Code of Practice, so we have been licensed to use the Australian Made Logo.
