Delivery charges

(a) Wholesale/Trade clients place their orders direct with In Your Room and should contact IYR to obtain a delivery quote (see Terms and Conditions). The charges in the schedule below are for retail sales only.

(b) Retail/Public

In Your Room’s delivery charges for goods ordered via our shopping cart are based on the total price of the item(s) ordered and delivery location. Delivery is by Courier or Australia Post. Where goods need to be sent by courier there will sometimes be a larger cost differential between destinations than where Australia Post is able to be used (maximum weight and dimensions apply). IYR’s delivery charges are;

For orders up to $2000, the delivery charge applicable is shown at the checkout. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm delivery charge without placing your order.

The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

For orders over $2000, no delivery charge will be applied at the checkout. Rather, it will be calculated on an order by order basis and advised and charged separately.

Overseas customers wishing to purchase IYR product should feel free to request a quote on delivery.

Delivery Time

Most orders will be promptly despatched within a couple of days. However, it is sometimes difficult to anticipate customer demand and occasionally items may be out of stock. In such instances we will contact you with an estimate of when your desired product will be available (usually 4-6 weeks) and discuss how you wish to proceed. Of course you should feel free to email or phone IYR to check the availability of a particular product, prior to placing and paying for your order.

For larger orders, typically placed by architectural/design firms specifying for a project, or by a new stockist of IYR furniture, a lead time of 6-8 weeks should be allowed.
